I had 3 different roofing companies come and assess the ice dam issue with roof which caused water damage inside my house. Pete and his team from Haven Roofing were by far the best choice. Pete immediately set himself apart with his honest assessment of the situation and I did not feel, as I did with the other companies, that he was just looking to make as much money as possible. The crew did a great job, cared about my property and cleaned up so you’d never know they were there. We had a huge rainstorm shortly after the repairs were done and the work was done perfectly! We hired Haven to replace siding on a section of our house - an older addition that with wood siding that was rotten in several spots due to water damage. We ended up having to re-side the entire addition, which we weren't anticipating but ended up being the best way forward. Pete and his team were fantastic from start to finish: Responsive/proactive, extremely professional, transparent--explained all of our options in detail, fielded any questions--flexible (really ready to do what we asked when we added some work on our garage) and were incredibly detail oriented in their workmanship. They went above and beyond to find creative and smart solutions for any challenging areas and were incredibly thorough with all of the joining and sealing to protect us from water entering. The results are beautiful. It's like a new house! Pete and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. Also, and this is a small detail but says everything: the dumpster was gone by 7 a.m. the day after they finished!

I got quotes and sales pitches from two other roofing companies prior to Pete from Haven coming by. He was immediately different; instead of a sleek slideshow, we walked around the house together and Pete explained what he saw. It was comforting to work with the owner of the company instead of a salesman. Pete was also the project manager— throughout every step of the process, Pete showed patience and knowledge and explained each step well. We needed to have some gutter work done after previously having another company do, well, not a great job. Pete, the owner, was so thorough in his explanation of everything that we needed to fix. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind. His crew did a great job and was able to finish the work in one day. They also did a great job of cleaning everything up at the end of the day. Pete came by a few days later to ensure all of the work was done properly and that we were pleased with the job (we were!). I would definitely recommend Haven Roofing for any outside work that you need done!

Pete and his team were great. We had spoken to another company that was resistant to coming to the house to provide a quote and instead wanted to use satellite images. Pete came out, looked at the roof, answered all questions, and explained all options. We were no longer living in the home at the time, and they were flexible with our needs and timing. The work was completed well and promptly and the new roof looks great.

I called Haven Roofing to get an estimate about a repair to my kitchen roof. Pete, the owner, picked up the phone on my first call and said he could be there the next day, Tuesday. He arrived on time as promised and immediately began to look at the problem areas. He explained everything he was seeing, showed me pictures he took of damage, even used a drone for better inspection, and explained in detail what his approach would be. He sent me an estimate on Wednesday and I was very happy with his numbers. I sent back the agreement Thursday and he called Friday to schedule the job for Monday. His team arrived on time and got right to work. Pete checked in repeatedly to ask about the progress. His team was professional and courteous and did the job in one day. They cleaned up all of the debris leaving my property looking as it did before they arrived. I would highly recommend Haven Roofing for any needs you have.

Had two other quotes before I found Haven. The guys that came out and looked around (from those other companies) did not inspire confidence. Pete looked around, made his observations and used our input to rebuild our roof exactly as we had imagined it should be. His quote was comprehensive, and included drone photos of problem areas (so if you're not comfortable climbing up on your roof - you can see what he's talking about!) He was upfront about possible charges for extra work. His crew was polite, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a gate latch that got broken during construction. And, they were FAST (full roof rebuild done within the week!) If you're looking for roof repair or reshingling - give Pete a call. Haven may not be the lowest quote you'll get - but it'll be worth it.
