I called Haven Roofing to get an estimate about a repair to my kitchen roof. Pete, the owner, picked up the phone on my first call and said he could be there the next day, Tuesday. He arrived on time as promised and immediately began to … More look at the problem areas. He explained everything he was seeing, showed me pictures he took of damage, even used a drone for better inspection, and explained in detail what his approach would be. He sent me an estimate on Wednesday and I was very happy with his numbers. I sent back the agreement Thursday and he called Friday to schedule the job for Monday.
His team arrived on time and got right to work. Pete checked in repeatedly to ask about the progress. His team was professional and courteous and did the job in one day. They cleaned up all of the debris leaving my property looking as it did before they arrived.
