His quote was comprehensive, and included drone photos of problem areas (so if you're not comfortable climbing up on your roof - you can see what he's talking about!) He was upfront about possible charges for extra work. His crew was polite, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a gate latch that got broken during construction.
